Patrick and Liesl Ellis have been in the Catering Industry for over 28 years.
Patrick is an Executive Chef by trade and worked in several upmarket restaurants. He has also cooked for many celebrities in productions and studios such as Pieter Cilliers Productions, Redline TV Productions, Kyknet, Kwela, Tonge Los, Glitterati, Studio 1 & 2, and he has cooked with Celebrity chefs such as Genaro (Jamie Oliver mentor) and Martin Robinson (BBC Chef).
Patrick has toured France and Dubai and visited numerous Restaurants to gain more European standard experience.
Spitbraai Boys (PTY) Ltd is currently in the process of expanding and aim to deploy mobile food carts in the near future that will be strategically placed at venues and locations. Watch this space for updates.

We give you a chef for the day (R600 per day), so that you can relax and enjoy the day! We cater within a 600km radius!
GENERAL EVENTS : Meetings, Team Buildings, Corporate Parties, Farewell Parties, Gender Reveal Parties.
We supply all the extras you may need! Anything from crockery, cutlery, tables, chairs and glasses. We also hire out equipment like jumping castles and beautiful stretch tents.
We offer a wide variety of delicious platters for a more informal event. Complete your next event with one of our unique shooter stands.

Getting married? “Knot” a problem!
We cater for all weddings, whether you want an intimate, small event, or a large event with all your family and friends – we can help make your special day even more perfect.
We do finger foods, buffets, sit down meals, spit braais and much more. Anything from starters to deserts and coffee afterwards.
You do not need to worry about a thing, as we do everything from tables, chairs, linen, cutlery & crockery, to stretch tents, shooter stands and everything in between.
